崗位職責 Job Responsibility： 1. 負責驅動柜，自動化，低壓/高壓起動箱等相關產品電氣產品和項目設計工作，獨立按照技術規范要求完成產品的電氣設計工作; Be responsible for products/projects engineering relate to Drives, Automation, LV/HV starters, fulfill the design task according to technical specification independently. 2. 負責消化總部新產品的電氣圖紙，指導以及跟產線合作開發新產品的電氣安裝, 布線,和出廠測試流程； Review the electrical drawings for new products migrated from headquarter and cooperate with production line to develop the working procedure for assembly, cabling and FAT. 3. 管控維護產品的電氣圖紙及其材料清單； Lifecycle management on electrical drawings, BOMs and engineering changes. 4. 跟蹤新產品樣品的生產流程直至轉交量產； Follow up the prototyping schedule etc. till it is transferred to production line. 5. 主導產品環境測試及船級社出廠測試; Lead the environmental test and FAT with Classification society. 6. 負責優化改進設計現有批量產品以實現成本和質量改善。 Optimize the products in mass production to get cost down and quality improved. 任職要求 Qualification: 1. 能讀懂電氣原理圖，接線圖以及了解相關電氣測試方法； Understanding of electrical diagram, wiring drawing and relevant electric test principle. 2. 能夠根據客戶輸入需求獨立設計電氣原理圖紙； Be able to Design control circuit diagram according to customer input. 3. 了解物料清單的結構，圖紙版本控制和工程變更的基本流程； Experience on BOM structure, drawing revision control and engineering change procedure. 4. 熟知常用電氣件，線纜的性能，并能完成選型和指導車間安裝布線； Familiar with common electrical parts and its specification, be able to fulfil the parts selection and coach the production for assembly and cabling. 5. 具有AutoCAD或者Eplan進行電氣原理圖、布線圖設計相關經驗； Have working experience on using AutoCAD, E-plan tool for electrical diagram. 6. 船舶電氣，電氣工程等相關專業; Major in marine engineering or electrical engineering 7. 熟練使用MS Office ,AutoCAD, Eplan; 熟練的英文讀寫及口語能力; Good software skills on MS Office, AutoCAD, E-plan; good reading and written in English, fluent oral communication is preferable. 8. 優秀的人際關系及團隊合作精神，能獨立到供應商或者客戶處出差處理工作相關的問題。 Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration, can travel to supplier or customer side with independent work.
